You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account 
• Ensuring you have rights to share uploaded documents 

CareerDNA uses artificial intelligence to generate insights.

You acknowledge:

• Outputs are informational only 
• They do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or career success 
• AI predictions may be inaccurate or probabilistic 

If you connect LinkedIn:

• You authorize CareerDNA to access permitted profile data 
• Data is used only to generate career insights 
• We do not post or publish on your behalf 

Users may:

• Request mentor comparisons 
• Analyze career trajectories 

Mentor data is:

• Permission-based where applicable 
• Not publicly exposed without consent 

You may not:

• Use CareerDNA for unlawful purposes 
• Attempt to reverse-engineer AI systems 
• Upload malicious or fraudulent data 
• Scrape or extract system outputs at scale 

All platform code, models, branding, and systems remain the property of CareerDNA unless otherwise stated.

CareerDNA is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

• Employment decisions made based on insights 
• Financial or career outcomes 
• Data inaccuracies or AI-generated recommendations 

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
